What We Do
In-home care and community support
As part of our In-Home and Community Support Service, we help you to develop skills and build independence, in order to live an independent life.
Supported Independent Living
Supported Independent Living (SIL) is a way to live independently or with others who have disabilities. You will also receive help to build your skills with everyday tasks, such as cleaning, cooking, and taking care of yourself.
Our Support Coordination service helps you to make the most of your NDIS support plans. With us, you have the ability to control the supports and services you receive. Throughout the NDIS process, we work closely with you and those important to you, to find the best way to achieve your goals.
Plan Management services help you to manage the day-to-day management of the funds in your NDIS plan. We assist and support you also by submitting claims to the NDIS portal, paying service providers on your behalf.
Our Advocacy services can help support you and assist you to exercise choice, control and have your voice heard in matters that affect you.
We provide a range of Accommoation Services including Respite, Short Term Accommodation (STA), Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Independent Living Options (ILO} options.
High Intensity Daily Personal Activities
Our High Intensity Daily Personal Activities supports are provided by our highly trained staff who have additional qualifications and experience relevant to the complexity of your needs.
Group and Centre-based Activities
Being part of your community helps you establish a network and meet others in a safe and supportive way. Our Disability Support Staff can help you find and join group activities in your community, whether it is a regular social activity or a recreational activity of interest to you.
Innovative Community Participation
